How to Deposit Crypto on Metaspins (BTC, ETH, USDT, and More)

Metaspins is a crypto-only casino where you can fund your account via a direct wallet transfer or buy crypto with a card through a third-party merchant in your region. This page covers the supported coins, minimum amounts, how to deposit step-by-step, and what to do if your deposit hasn’t arrived.

Supported Cryptocurrencies

Our casino supports 12 cryptocurrencies. Always use the correct network for your chosen coin. Sending on the wrong network can result in permanent loss of funds. 

Minimum Deposit Amounts

Deposits below the minimum amount aren’t credited. Always send slightly above the minimum to account for your wallet provider’s network fees. 

How to Deposit: Step-by-Step

Wallet-to-Wallet Transfer

1. Log in to your Metaspins account.

2. Click the Cashier button at the top right of the page.

3. Select Deposit.

4. Choose the Cryptocurrency you want to deposit. Only coins shown in your Cashier are supported for your account and region.

5. Copy the deposit address displayed or scan the QR code. Before sending, check the minimum amount shown under the QR code in your cashier. 

6. In your wallet or exchange, send the desired amount to this address. Make sure to select the correct network (e.g. USDT supports ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 - check which is shown in your Cashier). Send slightly more than the minimum to account for your wallet provider’s network fees. 

7. For XRP: if a Tag is shown in your Cashier, you must include it when sending. Omitting the Tag may result in a failed or unrecoverable deposit. 

8. Your deposit will appear in your account once the required blockchain confirmations are reached (e.g., BTC: 0/1, ETH 10/10, USDT: 10/10). 

Always check your deposit address from your Cashier each time you complete a payment. Deposit addresses can occasionally change, so never send to a saved address without checking it first. 

If a coin doesn’t appear in your Cashier, it isn’t currently supported for your account or region.

Buying Crypto with Card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

The option lets you purchase crypto directly using a payment card. It’s handled by a third-party provider and isn’t available in all regions. If it's available to you, it will appear in your cashier. 

1. Log in to your Metaspins account

2. Click the Cashier button at the top right of the page

3. Click the Buy Crypto option under the Cashier menu

4. Follow the instructions on the payment provider’s page 

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Commissions apply based on the chosen platform, and the exact amount is shown before purchase. 

Deposit Speeds & Confirmations

Your credit is credited as soon as the transaction reaches the required number of blockchain confirmations. 

Transaction speed is influenced by the Mempool and how busy the network is. Some transactions may need more confirmations before they are credited. 

Track your deposit by entering your Transaction ID (TX hash) on either of these block explorers:

Deposit Fees

We don't charge any fees for depositing. You will need to pay network fees set by your wallet provider. These network fees vary depending on the network you use and how busy it is at the time. 

When using the Buy Crypto feature, a commission from a third-party provider applies; you’ll see the exact amount before confirming the purchase. You can check fee details in your external wallet or exchange. 

Deposit Troubleshooting 

Before reaching out to support, run through this checklist to find common problems related to missing deposits: 

• The deposit was sent to the correct Metaspins deposit address. 

• The amount sent meets the minimum deposit amount for that currency. 

• The correct network was used for the selected cryptocurrency. 

• The same crypto type was sent to the matching address (e.g., BTC to a BTC address, not ETH to a BTC address).
